Contact Our Piedmont Roofing Crew by Phone
The phone is the only way to reach us. One conversation tells us what your roof is doing and tells you when we can realistically get there and what the visit will involve.

What Happens When You Call
We start with the symptom and the stage it's at: a drip at a ceiling light, curled shingle tabs, granules collecting at a downspout, or a gutter pulling away from the fascia. That tells us whether you need roof repair, a roof inspection, storm damage repair, gutter work or a conversation about roof replacement. It also tells us how much time to set aside at your home.
Next we set a visit with an arrival window, not a vague day. Roof work depends on weather. Wind, lightning or a wet deck can push a visit or a tear-off, and when that happens we phone you with the reason and a new window rather than leaving you waiting. Before we hang up you'll know what we plan to look at, whether we need attic access and whether anyone needs to be home.
Have These Ready Before You Pick Up the Phone
- Where the problem shows, inside or out, and roughly when you first noticed it.
- The roof's approximate age and material, such as asphalt shingle or metal, if you know them.
- Photos from the ground or of interior stains, so we can talk through what you're seeing.
- Any insurance claim number or adjuster visit date if a storm caused the damage.
